Support of decimal points more than two for Tax, price, charge, sales amount etc. in POS

Description of problem: Implementation is to be done in Bahrain, Muscat & Kuwait. To support the Financials, need to activate local currency in 3 Decimals. 3 decimal points is not supported at MPOS as of now. Even if, the functionality are achieved through extension, 1. MPOS/CPOS will not recognize the extra decimals. 2. There will also be issues with retail statement calculation and posting. We have many countries with this requirement.

Yes it is required for all GCC countries and other many countries
