Add the Change Assigned Resource functionality to the Production Floor Execution form. This will allow workers to update the assigned resource before starting the job without requiring back-office access.

Currently, when a client schedules a production order using job scheduling, the schedule does not account for all resource restrictions. On the shop floor, workers often need to select a specific resource before starting the job based on real-time constraints that were not included in the original schedule.

However, workers only have access to the Production Floor Execution form and not the full back-office forms. The existing option to Change Assigned Resource is available in the Edit Job form (Production Control > Periodic Tasks > Manufacturing Execution), but not in the Production Floor Execution interface.
