Many companies have different kind of Leads. One might be the disciplinary lead of an employee, another one might be a people development manager.

The HR system has the possibility to draw those connections using the hierarchies on the positions ("Reports To" lines).

Unfortunately, the MSS doesn't allow the Leads, besideds the Line-Lead, to view his/her employees.

For the People Development Manager it would be required to see their employees and be able to use specific but not all functionalities of the MSS e.g. the Reviews.

This feature would bring way more flexibility to all companies in their daily work. It is essential to be able to devide between different kind of leads also in the MSS.
