By creating a purchase agreement with filling in an item/product per line (not depending on the commitment), the field "procurement category" is empty even if there is a relation from the item/product to the procurement category.

To Be:
By creating a purchase agreement with filling in an item/product per line (not depending on the commitment), the field "procurement category" is automatically filled with the related procurement category. The item-related procurement category should be displayed or returned for each line.

Comment:
- By choosing the item/product in a purchase requisition or a purchase order the related procurement category is displayed in the field "procurement category".
- Even if there are some process reasons not to display the procurement category by choosing an item/product in a purchase agreement, there should be an option wether to display the procurement category or not.
- By choosing a procurement category in the purchase agreement the procurement category is displayed/returned in the field "procurement category".

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a purchase agreement
2) Fill in the necessary header data
