Scenario-1 Adding a line of route from the item master (Expected behavior in Route master and Item Route)

When we are adding a line from the item master new line will be added in a downward direction or when we press the downward arrow key new line added on the downward side, same is not working on route master lines.

1.                Go to Product information management > Products > Released products.

2.                Click Route.

3.                In the list, mark the selected row.

5.                In the list, find and select the desired record and press the down arrow key from the keyboard.

6.                Do the same thing as mentioned in step 5 again new line will be added in a downward direction.

Scenario-2 Adding a line of route from All Routes master (Wrong behavior by the system)

Every time when we are creating a new route, we need to click on the 'add' button and change the line number on the route line, and once all lines are added successfully then we need to refresh the form after that system will refresh the current order of the route line and rearrange into the sequence.

7.                Go to Production control > All routes.

8.                In the list, click the link in the selected row.

9.                Click Route details.

10.             In the list, find and select the desired record, and click on the new button or press ALT+N then a new line will be added in an upward direction instead of a downward direction

11.             Use the shortcut for creating a new record and then also face the same behavior.
