Link Bank Account with Token Password

I have a client who is trying to link their bank account to Dynamics 365 but their bank requires a token password to log into the website. The link bank account wizard does not have the field for token passwords and so it rejects their login.

Also, many banks require that they set the IP address of the authenticator to a trusted site to even allow the connection, but we don't know how to get the IP address used by Yodlee so we cannot connect.
