The Retail Hierarchy should be moved into the standard supply chain functionality and extended to all supply chain functionality. The Retail Hierarchy is useful for Wholesale/Distribution/Manufacturing with large number of products which require the Retail Hierarchy for the ease of maintenance, searching and report. Standard supply chain functionality required but not available in the Retail Hierarchy include: - Product/Item fields such as Coverage Group and Stock Counting Group should be able to be default by node - Product attributes added to the Product Master via the Retail Hierarchy should be searchable and be able to produce reports etc. Most Wholesale/Distribution companies have requirement for additional fields on the product master
