The customer who is using the list component wants to be able to override ‘server-based SharePoint integration’ by activating ‘server-based SharePoint integration’ automatically.
For those entities which have already applied SharePoint URL by using the list component, you must deactivate the integration with the list component manually if you wanted to generate URL which was created after Server-based SharePoint was enabled.

What I’m trying to say is that being able to have auto-generated URL for old items (those created with the list component) would be ideal as well.
Because once you have switched to server-based SharePoint integration, you must deactivate the integration with the list component for every time you need URL to access the specific folder.
