The client has requirement where they will have to track the emails into Microsoft dynamics CRM. All the emails are encrypted/Signed emails. On our analysis we found that Microsoft dynamics CRM will track the emails and convert them as attachments with the extension *.p7m and create a empty email activity. This is "BY DESIGN" of the product. But the client wants the Email content to be displayed in the email activity email body. We would like to put this forward as a suggestion to the product team for getting this feature available which will enhance our client requirement.
