Since BC can have multiple Dimensions customers need to key in many Dimensions per line and some of these Dimension combinations are used often. It would be nice to be able to create an alias, for instance 4711, and then tell the system the values of the different Dimensions which should be filled out when using this alias. In a journal I then only need to key in the alias and the different Dimensions will be filled in automatically.
