For time and attendance special day, we need half day because we have employees with 4 and half day work calendar. When we have a special day we give a full day but spent on two days. As example: normal calendar is from monday to thurday 8h-17h and friday from 8h -12h. When we have a special day on friday, employees will end on thursday at 12h.
