Issue description - With HTML based reports, customer was able to send the report as email right after printing on screen. The refresh button on report will give the customer an option to send the report via email using print management.

However, in PDF preview feature customer is no longer able to send report as email after printing on screen. Once he printed any report on screen, he must Cancel the report and send as an email using print management from scratch. It is time consuming process when customer has to send 50 or 100 reports.

with HTML based reports,
• Go to Accounts receivable > inquiries and reports > customers > customer base data report.
• Select print on screen,
• Once the report has been rendered and displayed on screen, click on refresh button next to zoom,
• Now you have option to set the destination again, select email now.


Repro steps (with PDF Preview feature)-
• Go to Accounts receivable > inquiries and reports > customers > customer base data report.
• Select print on screen,
• Once the report has been rendered and displayed on screen, you cannot send this report as email.

Actual result – You cannot send a report as email.

Expected result – customer should be able to send the report as email.

I know it is working by-design, but a functionality which was previously a part of product and customer were used to that, and now customer feels like the functionality has been deprecated and the process has become more time consuming.
