WSP 4604 - Ordering entity views in CRM could be one of the considerations from UI perspective, which CRM 2011 lacks as of date.
CRM 2011 does not have ability to define the order of view the way they appear in the system, User would definitely like to order them as per their need, if we see today’s Customization and configuration capabilities in CRM 2011 we don’t have choice to order views.
Customers: Royal Bank Of Scotland, CIB Implementation
Customer Scenario: We have a Banking customer a large enterprise implementation. Where they have customized views heavily and for them it’s very important to have them in order of their choice, but unfortunately CRM customization lacks that capability.
