In communication with colleagues we are often exchanging Document No. so that a colleague can take a look at the document (no approval process involved). It would be great to have a system-wide built in function so that a link to a document can be shared with a colleague in a similar way as it can be done with OneNote or other MS products.

Workaround is to copy the Link from the Browser and then share it but it would be great to have a Share Button instead especially when using Phone Client or Table Client.
