The VIP events team would like a visual tool (similar to Visio) to enable them to design table layouts (bespoke for each event) and then for them to create 'seat spaces' and manually assign all the guests who have RSVP'd to a seat (using a 'drag and drop' probably). The seating arrangement should be able to be changed multiple times in the lead up to the event. Ideally if a guest has an associated +1 (e.g. guest is bringing a spouse) the system should have an option to enforce them being allocated seats next to each other. Prior to the event the final version of the seating arrangement should be sharable with Catering staff and/or other event delivery teams. Also when the guest is checked in on arrival the Greeter should be able to immediately see which seat the Guest has been allocated so that they can lead them straight there. Currently the events team are using Lucid Charts to manage this requirement, and there is no interface to guest information in Dynamics.
