We need the ability to have the Request to Recruit functionality added to the standard Workflow options in the Human Resources Workflows as we currently rely on status and this is not a adequate way of managing recruiting requests and the HR team have no way of knowing the request has come through and if it needs to go to a 1-up manager for approval this is currently not possible.
