To should pull the 'Address' from account form from address field

When we qualify a lead it converts in account, contacts and opportunity. Now create a new quote, click on look up address quote form, select the options 'Ship To Address' or 'Bill To Address' and clicks on 'Select an address' the lookup shows no address value.


This should pull the 'Address' from account form from address field.
