We need to lock certain elements of an e-mail template, in such a way that users of the template are unable to change those sections in the email.

Example: a template with headers and footers. Should be the same on all outgoing emails. But there's nothing stopping a creative user from changikng the logo on the top, or the footer at the bootom, should he/she want that.

So a lock-switch on sections in the template designer would've been great.
