I suggest to add to HR Module an update for the workflows promotions or hiring.
Scenario:
A workflow for the worker #1 hiring or promotion with future start date is on process and not finished yet. However if somebody hires to worker #2, for the same position and inmeditately start date (e.g) , makes the the first workerflow breaks and shows and error status.
It would be a good idea to hold or block the position until the worker #1 workflow is approved or canceled. A company with high position movements may detect what positions are updating or filling up depending of its needs (e.g Hospitality).
