Can the Business Central Team (administrator) not give a reason why this would be declined? This appears to be a one way ideas forum.
MS need to take another look at this common sense idea.

It is strange that this has been declined. To have a system where a company can select a date to sort on, but not show that date in the timeline is clearly a design shortfall. Why would you not want to support this common sense idea?

This is a must have for us - with the CxO looking to roll back to ON Prem version unless we can display all Note dates in the Timeline with their historical Created Date, rather than the 'Modified' date, which is the date that we migrated our data into the Cloud version.
At least in the Classic interface you could hover over the date and see the other dates available - but in the new Unified Interface you only see the Modified date - all being the same.
