Coupling records between BC and CRM is great, but in my opinion the inability to couple sales orders 1:1 is a missing feature.
We only synch certain header fields for coupled orders, back to Dynamics 365 Sales. And we start doing this only after the sales order has been released in Business Central. It looks that the customers expects that Business Central will create sales orders in Dynamics 365 Sales out of orders in Business Central.
