Allow a user to export a partial export of data, say from the last 3 months for transactional records, plus all lookup data. Staging tables, logs, etc. should aronly export DDL.

The issue here is that the current export process is limited to databases smaller than 200 Gb (to reach the max bacpac file size of 200 Gb). A partial export should keep clients under the 200 Gb threshold.
