After D365 Finance & Operations was upgraded to version 10.0.39, "Employee responsible" doesn't work correctly on the Aged balances page.
Repro steps:
- Navigate to Modules > Credit and collections > Collections > Aged balances.
- Add the “Employee responsible” column to the grid.
- Filter the grid using any criterion in the “Employee responsible” column.
- Save the view. When you do that, make sure you pin the view as default.
- Navigate again to Modules > Credit and collections > Collections > Aged balances in order to load the page with the new view.
- The view will not be filtered on load.
- If you try to reapply the filter now, you can't because the column is broken. Clicking the filter arrow displays the message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Column is not filterable".
- Try to change the view from the saved one to any other one -- the system will freeze as a result.
The column worked before .39 but no longer does; it is also filterable (through the Quickfilter field, for example), despite the system claiming otherwise. Microsoft confirmed it's replicable in standard environment. I am submitting this bug here as instructed in resolution notes to my Support Request.
