After D365 Finance & Operations was upgraded to version 10.0.39, "Employee responsible" doesn't work correctly on the Aged balances page.

Repro steps:

  1. Navigate to Modules > Credit and collections > Collections > Aged balances.
  2. Add the “Employee responsible” column to the grid.
  3. Filter the grid using any criterion in the “Employee responsible” column.
  4. Save the view. When you do that, make sure you pin the view as default.
  5. Navigate again to Modules > Credit and collections > Collections > Aged balances in order to load the page with the new view.
  6. The view will not be filtered on load.
  7. If you try to reapply the filter now, you can't because the column is broken. Clicking the filter arrow displays the message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Column is not filterable".
  8. Try to change the view from the saved one to any other one -- the system will freeze as a result.

The column worked before .39 but no longer does; it is also filterable (through the Quickfilter field, for example), despite the system claiming otherwise. Microsoft confirmed it's replicable in standard environment. I am submitting this bug here as instructed in resolution notes to my Support Request.
