Not sure if this idea would be for Sales, Purchasing or Warehousing but
Is there a report that shows the back order quantities for a customer that shows when the stock is due to arrive into the warehouse.
The "Inventory - Sales Back Orders" cannot filter to a customer only customer group or a vendor ID.
Customers may have 30 older open sales orders that have not been fulfilled and these orders might no longer be required due to shortages or market conditions.

Agree with the Idea of Ben Opit. Additionally, I have been working with the report, and the only way to generate the report is when filtering using the "Bill-to Customer No". Report should have a general filter by Customer or by Customer Groups.
