AllowInCustomizations = Never should be added to all Primary Key Fields of Setup Tables + Special Temp Fields in the BaseApp

The BaseApp should use the propery AllowInCustomizations for the primary key fields in setup tables.


Furthermore temp fields that are used in SalesHeader / Purchase Header should have this property, too.
