leave the search bar at top of each list view open, so we dont have to click on it in order to search. each time you go to a list view, you intend to search for something. just default the search box open with the cursor in it.

we should also have the ability to hide +new and delete buttons within personalization. we dont want the entire staff being able to create new customers/items, etc or delete them at the click of a button right next to the search bar that we constantly need to click on.
