The improvement concerns the vendor search function:

• Add the ability to filter by vendor evaluation criteria rating to the filter.
• Add the ability to filter by average rating to the filter.
• From the search results, display the average rating.
• From the search results, display the criteria rating for the selected vendor evaluation.

Lastly, it would be useful to have a report that extracts the vendor evaluations based on filters for the vendor evaluation group and criteria. The report should be able to show the average and criteria ratings.
