A nice feature would be to have the Proficiency Model to enable a Duration Multiplier. For example, someone with a novice skill would have a multiplier of 2, because it might take a Novice Resource 2x as long to do a job as someone who is Good with this Skill. And an Expert might have a multiplier of .5, because it might take the expert half as long.

Thanks Vinay. Is there any documentation on Travel Time Updates? I scoured docs for this behavior but didn't find it. Closest page I found for travel time updates was this:

But I don't see any duration multiplier capabilities relative to Characteristic Ratings.
