Allow admins to share the project to users with read-only permission. This will allow admins to grant users access to CV projects to view CV reports and completed survey. Currently it is only Owner role that admins can grant which won't work because it will allow users to modify the CV project.

This functionality would be extremely helpful in providing users with the minimal permissions needed to meet their job role. Not having more granular control of user permissions, especially owner rights, create a risk to the business and would not be best practice.
