Have a feature for Back Office users (schedulers, etc.) to be able to see when a Technician is currently Offline (has no internet connection). This can be useful for example if a scheduler cancels a Booking for the day and needs to make sure the Technician is aware. If the scheduler can see that the Technician is offline and might not get connection back for a while to see in time that his next Booking has in fact been cancelled, the scheduler can thus decide to call him to inform him.
