For General E-Mailings or Automation Mailings we are using a subscription center without Subscription Lists on It (like the default subscription center delivered out of the box from Microsoft)!
Since we have a lot of marketing topics and thus also several subscription lists, we don't want to create a separate unsubscribe center for each topic.
That's why we decided to use a general unsubscribe center without a subscription list.
Unfortunately, unsubscriptions made via this unsubscribe center will not be shown as unsubscribe in the insights of the marketing email, i only can see it on the marketing form of the subscription center form.
From our point of view, the reporting is incomplete and should be extended.

In real-time marketing email insights > delivery and interaction details, you can view profiles that unsubscribed using the particular email, uncluding reasons.
