I suggest to hide attachments which are inline images (as it work inside Outlook) because when you have intense email communication with a client usually every answer is accompanied with a signature with logo which are saved into CRM as attachment and imagine how cluttered attachments grid becomes after you have exchanged good dozen of emails and you need to find an attachment the client attached to his email.
