When we create a email activity in workflow we get an update to insert hyper link. But the same option is not available while creating new email template. It will be to have this feature so that we can add URLs with dynamic values.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our immediate roadmap, however, we are tracking it and if we indeed get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in future. However the upcoming release of Dynamics Marketing will most likely have this ability.
