Currently the App for Outlook is only supported for standalone Windows Operating systems and not for Remote Desktop environments from Microsoft.
Although not supported, we are working with the App for Outlook and notice it contains bugs, which after months of support from Microsoft(!), they now turn out to be unsolveable because our Remote Desktop 2019 environment is not supported.
