When an important email contains information related to a quote + opportunity + lead, how to make in a few clics the Set Regarding to those 3 entities?

And when an email should be set regarding more then one opportunity (or any other entity), it should be able to allow it.

If you set it to the Opportunity, won't it be automatically associated to the Quote and Lead (Account) by way of association to the Opportunity?
