Regarding Telemetry Event RT0008 (Incoming Web Services Request)
We don't get any information regarding the BODY at this point, while very important for troubleshooting. I think it should be added.
I understand concerns regarding GDPR and datasize in AppInsights, so may be it should be something we can switch on/off (serversetting? setting in bc?). Or any other way the Customer Admin can give consent.

Something we're using as a "workaround" is piping API calls you want to see the contents of through Logic Apps on Azure. Allows detailed logging, additional processing and you can have a different authentication scheme and url scheme using APIM.Not a fun sell of course and has its own issues.
