Add Options to switch VAT in accordance with the July 2021 Directive of European Commissions for GDPR

The customers notified us that after July 2021, in accordance with the European commission if you are selling for more than 10 000 Euros per year to the end customers (for B2B things are different) you will need to use the VAT percentage from the country you are importing to, and for the moment this is not addressed by Business Central development as a product.
Currently there are no plans for Microsoft to do such a thing.

There are no plans to release any new functionality to handle the changes taking effect in July 2021.
Partners can assist customers with adapting to this change by setting up correct posting groups to handle various combination of country and VAT.
