Currently, when who are not owners of the workflow or who are not administrators but general users try to send Emails, they must check fields both [Settings > Security > Security roles > any security role > tab : Business Management >Send Emails an Another User] and [Personalization Settings > tab: Email > Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf]. It is inefficient for administrators that they cannot manage and understand [Personalization Settings]. It will be useful to give some sort of privileges like [Personalization Settings] for Security role.
