Ability to automatically add default Mix and match line groups when creating a Mix and match discount

Since in many situations, when creating a new Mix and match discount, the same Mix and match line groups (configured under Mix and match line groups) will be added to the discount, it would be helpful to be able to define default Mix and match line groups which will be automatically added to a newly created Mix and match discount (and no longer manually selected each time).
