Expand the field Fulfillment rate:

- Create a new field fulfillment rate on the sales order header with the default value from the customer and let users override the value on a case by case basis

- For basic inventory warehouses expand the picking list generation to take the fulfilment rate into account.

For a company that operates both e-commerce and wholesale businesses, having this feature would be highly beneficial. E-commerce customers would enjoy complete order fulfillment, whereas wholesale customers could be allowed to receive partial deliveries.

Please do not forget Intercompany scenario's in a Legal entity structure where there a Sales (no inventory) and logistical legal entities. The Fullfillment policy and if possible fulfillment rate should come over to the IC-order.

I agree that we need to allow partial fulfillment, but ensuring that the lines are ship complete.

It would indeed come in handy to be able to override the fulfillment policy on order level. This way exception can be made on order level or, even better, on order line level.

Upvoted the idea along with its alterations – order line-level fulfillment code, and auto fulfillment rate based on warehouse Table/Group/All customers, Table/Group/All items.

Agree with Juergen's comment

It is cumbersome to have to maintain this information directly on each customer. It would be nice if we could have a setup like table/group and all for the maintenance of the fulfillment rate.

Agree with Juergen's comment, a lot of customers require line level completeness and not necessarily order level, or both.

Upvoted, but in my opinion the idea should also be extended to support a fulfillment rate on sales order line level, since this is a common requirement if you work with EDI orders and have many many lines of one item on a release sales order. Each line represents a delivery schedule and needs to be delivered completely!
