Currently, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Realtime Marketing) allows event creation and venue management, but there is no built-in map visualization for the venue location. This makes it harder for marketers and event planners to verify addresses and provide a better experience for attendees.

Proposed Feature:

• Integrate Bing Maps into the Event entity in CI-J.
• Display a map preview of the venue address directly in the event planning area.
• Provide an option to automatically generate a static map image or link for use in event-related emails and landing pages.

Business Justification:
