This idea is for Indian localization.
System allows to do subcontracting send transaction if we are sending material from Company location which not having bin mandatory.
System doesn't allow to do transaction if we are sending material from location which is bin mandatory.
Due to this many customers are not able to use bins or subcontracting function.
