Export management tile is not working as expected user getting confusion selecting the wrong tile,When an app is added to a workspace via personalization (right-click → Personalize → Add app), the title is stored as plain text, it does not use a translatable label. This means it will always display in the language it was typed in, regardless of the user's UI language. This applies to all personalized workspace tiles, not just Export Management.

In contrast, built-in tiles that are part of the product metadata use label references, which is why they translate automatically when the user switches language.

We appreciate if we can get this changed as it is affecting our users badly and we want this to get fixed
