When entering accounts in the Misc Log Line Distributions Entry Window, the system is allowing the user to enter an account that is setup not to allow manual account entry by virtue of the "Allow Account Entry" setup not being marked.

This window should respect the G/L Account "Allow Account Entry" Setup.

I am entering this as a suggestion but should be considered a bug IMHO.
