When DRA version is not the same with D365 platform version, when a report is sent out for printing, it is stuck at 'Printing' stage with an error message saying "The agent version is different from the server platform version *

With the current solution design, there is no possibility to update the DRA version automatically and there is no specific configuration/setup to stop asking for the DRA to update. Whenever you are updating D365 you have to update the DRA also.

I suggest that the system be enhanced for auto-update of the DRA version everytime that D365 platform version is updated.

Yes, this is a feature that needs to be in place. A huge pain in the neck to update all agents in addition to finding all of the one offs that have been installed as well.

Either auto update or completely eliminate the DRA need.

Please implement this! It's an unnecessary process that causes production delays.

Thank you!

Agree, as its difficult to update all DRA's during each upgrade.

We really need this for our customers as well, administrative nightmare otherwise.

Agree. Difficult to update all DRA's with a platform change.

Need to be able to upgrade the DRA clients automatically as users do not have local admin to uninstall and re-install the DRA.

Agreed. It's not going to be possible for administrators to find and upgrade all installed DRA agents, particularly those installed on workstations or on machines in home offices. An automated agent upgrade would solve this problem. Something similar to what they're using for Azure AD Connect, Azure ASR Mobility service or Azure File Sync agent upgrades would be good.
