The customer is configurating Email router with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. In his organization, some Email address are in both Contact and Business Unit. If external sender send an Email to that kind of Email address, Email record will be created and "To" field will be two values (Contact and Business Unit). The customer wants to create the rules to discriminate the Email address which is related to Business Unit from which is related to Contact. Because if there are two "To" values in Email record, it is very confusing.
