When placing a call through the teams app within Dynamics CRM the activity should be automatically logged in the Contact and Account timeline.

Sadly, with present Click-to-dial experience, a new activity record directly opens with a click on the phone icon. Now with preview of MS Teams integration in D365, the activity record not opens automatically.
