On an Account form, if you click on "Activities" nothing happens.
Tried to re-add the nav link in customisation. After removing the Activities, it does not show up in the relationships list.
After removing the Closed Activities from the Nav area in Account, only Activities link appears in the relationships list.
Now left with only option to re-add the Activities link which does not work.

It has always been the case that if you removed either Activities / Closed Activities from the form navigation it does not show up to be re-added, this is not just a UR12 thing. To re-add you would need to export your solution, edit the XML and re-import. If the Activities link was not working in your system there may have been other ways to fix this. It sounds at the moment like you have made your situation worse rather than better.
