Imagine a scenario : ABC organization has 365 Enterprise plan and installed all available apps like Sales,Service,Marketing,Field Service and Project Service etc.. Most of users enjoyed with all feature online /offline . Some of users wants to utilize Offline outlook feature for Field Service ,Project Service and informed to Administrator.  Administrator pushed this feature through sccm to their laptops  for requested users. After some administrator received message from users that field service and project service modules are not available for offline whilst they are able to see Sales,Marketing etc..  Now administrator find those module entities are not enable for offline.  He understood that need to update offline for all entities and dependency entities.  This task will take very longer time . 

If we provide the option like Auditing from setting then it will be easy for administrator.
