Currently (as far as I'm aware) when creating an Activity Email you can only attach documents from the File Explorer dialog or Previous emails, but if a proposal document (Word) is stored in the Files tab on the Opportunity it's really cumbersome to open SharePoint, download the file, and then attach. The expectation is that you can natively attach document from the Opportunity Files tab (i.e. in Context).
